How can I buy on the site?
Buying on Celeste Vintage is fast and instinctive. Click on the product you like most to access the relevant product sheet and you will see in detail all the relevant information on the article itself. To add it to the cart click on the ‘add to cart’ button. The product will then be ready to be purchased. You can decide whether to complete the purchase by clicking on the Shopping Bag icon at the top right or whether to continue shopping by looking for other items. After shopping, to proceed with the order, always click on the “Shopping Bag” icon and then on ‘Go to checkout’. Remember that on the first page of the cart you can also change the quantity of the items you intend to purchase or remove them. If you want to complete the purchase immediately, if you are a registered user, log in or register on the site if you have not yet done so. You can complete the purchase even without registration. You will be asked to choose a shipping and billing address. In the next phase, you will be offered to choose between the available payment methods (cash on delivery only for shipments within Italy, credit card, paypal or bank transfer). Finally you can select the type of shipment you want. Celeste Vintage reminds you that payment is completely safe, as credit card data are protected from unauthorized access by means of an encrypted transfer of SSL (‘Secure Socket Layer’) data, which are not accessible to third parties. Finally, once the necessary checks on your transaction have been made, your order information will be sent to Celeste Vintage and a confirmation message will inform you that your purchase has been successfully completed.
Does adding to cart oblige me to purchase?
No. You can do all the tests you want and then decide not to complete your order even though you have added products to the Cart.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, log in and access my account under “My orders” you will receive all the information you want. Remember that the customer care staff is at your disposal to provide you with further information.

Sure, we give you 14 days to reconsider. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped and the shipping costs are charged to the buyer.
