These general online sales conditions apply exclusively to contracts stipulated between a customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) and the Celeste Vintage supplier. 1.2 The contract governed by these general conditions has as its object the purchase by the customer and the sale by Celeste Vintage of one or more movable goods indicated and described on the website www.CelesteVintage.com

1.3 Any special conditions of sale (offers, discounts, promotions, combined sales, etc.) will be indicated from time to time in correspondence with the products to which they are combined.

  1. Conclusion of the contract and order confirmation email

2.1 The publication of the products on the website www.CelesteVintage.com where it contains the price, the indication of all the essential elements for the conclusion of the contract and the invitation to pay and purchase online through the appropriate procedure, represents an offer to public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code By confirming the order, the Customer concludes the contract at the general conditions indicated here and the special conditions shown on the offer and therefore undertakes to pay the price.

2.2 Following the completion of the purchase procedure, CelesteVintage will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. The e-mail will contain the Customer’s data, the order number (to be used in any subsequent communication with CelesteVintage, also for the purpose of exercising the legal or commercial guarantee and the right of withdrawal), the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent, indicating the dealer chosen by the customer, the estimated delivery time, as well as the link to be able to print and file the copy of these conditions. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the information contained therein and to promptly notify Celeste Vintage of any errors.

2.3 The Customer undertakes to print and keep the order confirmation e-mail on a durable medium, which may be requested for the purpose of collecting the goods from the chosen retailer.


  1. Product availability

3.1 The availability of the products indicated on the website refers to the time when the Customer places the order.   1. Payment methods

4.1. Celeste Vintage accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer; PayPal; Stripe.

4.2 In case of payment by bank transfer, to be made at the bank details and according to the methods described in the purchase procedure, the product ordered by the Customer will be kept busy by Celeste Vintage until receipt of proof of payment (irrevocable accounting), to be sent no later than 8 working days from the date of completion of the order. In any case, the shipment of the ordered product will take place only upon the actual crediting of the amount due to the Celeste Vintage account, which must take place within 10 working days from the date of completion of the order, after which the order must be considered canceled and the contract terminated by law. At no time will Celeste Vintage become aware of the information relating to the credit card used by the Customer or other information relating to the PayPal account and therefore cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or undue use by third parties.

5 Prices

5.1 All sales prices of the products indicated on the website www.celestevintage.com are expressed in Euros and include VAT and all other taxes.

5.2 Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and are charged to the Customer, except for the promotion indicated in the special conditions relating to the offer. The same are in any case indicated and calculated at the time of the conclusion of the purchase process, before the manifestation of the Customer’s contractual will and before the payment is made.

8 Commercial Warranty

8.1 Celeste Vintage provides the Customer with an additional commercial guarantee under the conditions set out in the following points of this article. This commercial guarantee does not replace the legal guarantee and, therefore, the Customer retains the rights referred to in Articles. 128 ff. Legislative Decree 206/05, as explained in the previous article.

8.2 The commercial guarantee does not include the right to replace the product or to reduce the sale price and any liability of Celeste Vintage for direct or indirect damages is excluded. Damages caused by normal wear and tear, handling errors, incorrect use and maintenance of the product by the Customer are not covered by the warranty.

8.3 The commercial guarantee is recognized only if the rules of use and maintenance indicated in the instructions have been respected.

8.4 The commercial guarantee expires when unauthorized persons carry out modifications or repairs to objects or when non-original accessories or spare parts are used.

8.5 The commercial guarantee can be exercised by the Customer by going directly to the dealer selected during the purchase procedure or by making contact with him by means of the contact details provided on the website, to which he must show the tax documentation demonstrating the purchase and the certificate. warranty duly completed in all its parts.   1. Applicable law, dispute resolution and competent court

10.1 These general conditions of online sale are subject to Italian law.
